I've spent more than 15 years leading enterprise technology programs, and the last several bringing AI into large organizations. Today I lead AI programs for a 500-agent customer service organization at a multi-billion-dollar enterprise, including agent assist, AI-powered IVR, and quality automation, working alongside technology teams from Google, Salesforce, Cisco, Microsoft, and AWS. I own those programs end to end, from business case and governance approvals through testing, go-live, and adoption.

Before that, I led the global project management office for a regulated medical device organization, delivering Salesforce, CRM, and AI-enabled programs across every business function. Earlier roles took me through logistics, financial services, and global market research, where I led teams of up to 66 people and large-scale operational transformations.

Here's what I've learned: AI succeeds or fails on program leadership. The technology works. What decides the outcome is whether someone can get it approved, integrated, tested, adopted, and measured, and leave a team that can run it. That's the work I do.
