It all begins with an idea.

For Suzy LaMarre, that idea was to help organizations turn strategy into measurable results through digital transformation and purposeful innovation.

Suzy founded LaMarre Consulting LLC in 2019 to bring clarity, structure, and disciplined execution to complex business initiatives. From those roots, she launched StratEdge AI, a brand focused on helping business leaders and managers harness the power of artificial intelligence to drive real-world performance and ROI.

An MIT-certified executive in Digital Business - AI and a Certified AI Consultant, AI Data Science Specialist, and AI Implementation Specialist, Suzy combines strategic insight with proven leadership guiding technology and transformation programs for organizations of all sizes. Her experience spans Salesforce, Sage Intacct, Microsoft, and Oracle platforms, along with a variety of modernization and integration initiatives — all focused on driving measurable business results.

Before founding her own firm, Suzy built a proven record as a Senior Technical Program and Project Manager, guiding enterprise-level digital modernization and transformation programs.

She holds a Master’s in Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), blending business strategy with disciplined program leadership.
